Feel better in your body — without turning wellness into a full-time job
An 8-week, clinician-led program for women navigating bloating, low energy, cravings, and the stress patterns that keep them feeling off—so you can calm your system, restore balance, and build routines that actually fit your life.
This program helps you connect the dots, so wellness noise becomes a plan that actually makes sense — for your body.
You’ve cleaned up your diet, tried the supplements, saved the wellness posts — and still feel bloated, tired, reactive, and out of sync.
Most persistent symptoms aren’t random. They’re patterns shaped by stress load, digestion, blood sugar, and daily rhythms that have fallen out of alignment.
If you’ve been living in overdrive and your body is starting to push back, you’re not alone.
Simple, sustainable routines (no extremes)
Community support + live experiences
Personalized roadmap + symptom tracking

Calm your system so you feel steadier and less reactive

Confidence with food — without overthinking
Do I need to track macros or count calories?
No. We focus on physiology-first foundations and simple meal structure. If tracking has been helpful for you in the past, we can discuss an optional, short-term approach— but it’s not required.
Is this a meal plan?
Not a rigid one. You’ll get meal frameworks, plug-and-play templates, and “busy day” options so you can build meals quickly without overthinking.
Do I have to cut out gluten/dairy/sugar?
No blanket eliminations. We use targeted adjustments based on your symptoms and patterns. The goal is less restriction, more clarity.
Will I need supplements?
Not necessarily. Supplements are optional and always secondary to foundations (food, timing, stress support, sleep). If we discuss them, they’re recommendations—not requirements.
What if my schedule is chaotic?
This program is built for full calendars. You’ll have “minimum effective” routines for busy weeks—so you can stay consistent without doing everything perfectly.
How does support work between sessions?
Support is structured so you feel guided without being overwhelmed. You’ll submit questions through a weekly check-in or Q&A thread, and themes are addressed in Clinic Hours and/or a curated response—so you always know when and where you’ll get thoughtful, clinician-led guidance.
Is this appropriate if I have IBS, PCOS, thyroid issues, or anxiety?
Often, yes. Many women join with one (or more) of these. We’ll focus on foundational support and symptom patterns. If your case needs medical management or specialized care, we’ll name that and recommend the right next steps.
Is this medical care?
No. This is educational nutrition and lifestyle coaching. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. If something is out of scope, you’ll get a clear referral recommendation.
I’m pregnant or postpartum. Can I join?
Possibly. We can tailor recommendations to be pregnancy/postpartum-appropriate. If you’re interested, note that on the application so we can confirm fit.
How do I know if I’m a good fit?
Apply. Your application helps us make sure this matches your goals and needs. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you and suggest a better next step.
Want more personalized support?
How do I know if Premium 1:1 is right for me?
If you feel “off,” overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or dismissed by traditional care—and want personalized, evidence-informed support—this may be a great fit. The application helps us decide together.
Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?
I don’t accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement (coverage varies by plan). Many clients also use HSA/FSA cards for eligible services—please check with your plan administrator to confirm coverage.
How long do we work together?
Premium 1:1 support is intentionally time-bound and structured to build clarity and momentum. The exact timeline depends on your needs and goals.
Do I need labs to work with you?
Not necessarily. Labs are used strategically only when they add clarity. Many women make progress by focusing on patterns, foundations, and practical changes first.
Is this a strict meal plan or a rigid protocol?
No. You’ll receive personalized guidance and structure, but it’s built for real life—not perfection, restriction, or extremes.
Do you focus on weight loss?
No. While weight may change as your health stabilizes, the focus is on gut and hormone health, energy, digestion, and building consistency—without an aesthetic-first approach.
Is this therapy or mental health counseling?
No. This is nutrition and lifestyle support. We acknowledge the mind-body connection, but this is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Referrals will be made, as needed.
What happens after 1:1 ends?
No. We focus on physiology-first foundations and simple meal structure. If tracking has been helpful for you in the past, we can discuss an optional, short-term approach— but it’s not required.
