Mind Soma Wellness was created to help women understand what their bodies are telling them, connect the dots between digestion, hormones, energy, and stress, and move forward in a way that feels more realistic and sustainable.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I’ve spent years helping women navigate symptoms that are often dismissed, oversimplified, or treated in isolation — from digestive discomfort and hormone imbalances to fatigue and the stress patterns that often sit underneath all of it.
So many women were trying to do everything right while juggling work, family, stress, and constant messaging about weight, wellness products, and what they “should” be doing, yet still not feeling better.
Mind Soma grew out of that reality. My work brings together science-based nutrition, nervous system awareness, and a focus on metabolism, blood sugar, and gut health so the women I work with can stop second-guessing themselves, understand what their bodies need, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
